Industrial Placements
We have positions available within a number of areas of the business, including project management and business management. You will be working in multi-functional teams and will experience how projects work to real deadlines for real clients.
Everyday will bring you something different, enabling you to develop your technical expertise. You will also be able to work with a range of people that will support you during your placement (peer group, project team members, buddy, manager, HR representative).

Graduate Programme
We give our graduates the right start with a comprehensive structured development programme. The programme can be challenging but extremely rewarding at the same time. The programme will give you the appropriate skills for your chosen career path.
Over a three-month period your manager will help you get to grips with your new department, team and role. The Graduate Induction programme gives you an excellent insight into UBi Group and the opportunity to start to build your networks within the organisation.
